Nursery Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding, exciting, progressive Forest School Nursery.

Set in the picturesque village of Findern, we offer our children an exciting opportunity to explore outside with our fabulous garden, including a mini forest for our Forest School programme, along with nature walks in the local area.

The Old Forge Day Nursery is a family run Nursery that promotes a fun and homely environment for both children and staff. We are continually exploring new and innovative ideas and projects such as our Baby room project for our under 2’s staff and parents which enlightens practitioners and parents about their baby’s brain development, empowering practitioners working with young infants to be confident and passionate about their vital work. This is being expanded to encompass staff working with the 2-3 year old age range as well.

We strive for excellence in our care of the children and we have qualified Primary and Early Years teachers in our team to help us achieve this. We also have an in-house training coordinator who supports staff in their individual training requirements.

We have outstanding staff and are looking for someone to join our elite team who also has a real desire and passion to achieve the highest standards in childcare, whilst working in a fun, friendly, supportive family atmosphere.
