Derby Heights Care Home Pre-school Trip

Did anyone see the ‘Old peoples home for 4 year olds’ on channel 4 this week? It was so lovely and magical to see the children interacting with the residents of the care home. 🏡

We are seeing similar benefits and special interactions when our Pre-school children go to Derby Heights Care Home as part of our inter-generational activities programme.
Both our children and residents enjoy building friendships through reading and crafts activities, playing games and singing and dancing. 💃🎶
